Parallel Imports

Disclosure of Grey or Parallel Imports

As a result of the policies of some South African authorised distributors of equipment Phonemac cc is unable to compete on a level playing field in the selling of there products. In order to be competitive Phonemac has therefore resorted to the parallel importation of these goods. The goods are all "genuine" and come from the same factories as the authorised local distributor. Phonemac does not source "pirated" goods.

"The authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer’s guarantees/warranties or to provide after-sales service”.

All equipment sold by Phonemac is maintained and serviced by Phonemac cc in our workshop. Phonemac carries the original manufactures warranty on all equipment sold.
