ORDERING If you cannot find the product you are looking for please contact us +27 11 805 7385 & we will locate it for you. Browse from our broad range of products, once you are ready to place an order you can either phone through an order or email us your order. Email confirmation will be sent to you confirming your order so EFT payment can be made. Alternatively a cash payment can be made on collection of the goods from our Midrand offices. PAYMENTS We prefer an EFT or cash payment, however we do accept VISA & Mastercard credit & debit cards for customers who visit our offices in Midrand. We do insist that the card holder is present & no third party transactions are permitted. This ensures all your confidential information is kept just that, secure! If the product you order is unavailable you will be reimbursed for the full amount or you can reserve the value as a credit on another purchase. We generate VAT invoices for all our sales. If you require the invoices to bear your VAT number please supply us with the relevant details. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Provided that payment has been cleared; Interbank EFT's can take 3 days, cash deposits 10 days. Cheques deposits are not accepted. We courier your order to your door, at very competitive rates. The cost is added once you finalise your order & is dependent on the delivery address. You are welcome to collect your order at no cost from our offices in Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. A representative will contact you to let you know when your order will be ready for collection. Orders take 3 - 5 working days for delivery, which may vary depending on volumes, delivery address & stock availability. SERVICE COMPLAINTS & COMPLIMENTS We pride ourselves in delivering on our promises, if for any reason you feel unsatisfied or would like to share your gratitude with us please contact us. WARRANTIES, REPAIRS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS Phonmac is a official resellers of all the brands which appear on our site, with certain exceptions where we are a parallel importer of certain products. For further information on these lines please feel free to contact us or refer to the products description, where is is clearly stated. All our products either carry the suppliers or a Phonemac warranty. Should you receive a faulty unit (Manufacturer fault or out of box failure), please ensure the unit is returned within 7 days so a replacement unit can be issued. If there is a manufactures fault within the warranty period please contact us & we will advise you on the best recourse. Please ensure that you supply all original documentation for a speedy service. If your product needs to be repaired, i.e. the goods are out of the manufacturers warranty period or is damaged in any way, we will gladly assist you in getting your product repaired & back in your possession in a quick & effortless manner. |
